The Inca Network is a group of individuals that create a family and, within that family, help network and support one another. We will have on this webpage, below, many different businesses that you can visit virtually and shop for their products, many with discounts. We give everyone within our community our Inca Network Community Card, which will offer you discounts at every visit and monthly specials and giveaways through the Inca Network newsletter.

Patty’s Bakery
Patricia Miranda, Known as Patty was born in Barranquilla, Colombia where she majored in Tourism Administration, but her real passion was always cooking and baking. Since she was a little girl, she used to sneak in her mother’s kitchen. While she was a student, she used to bake cupcakes, brownies, cookies, truffles and other desserts for her family and neighbors. And everyone was happy with what she prepared and they kept asking her for more and more and so she realized that her passion would now become her business. And that’s how it all started.
Years after, she included the catering service to her business, while taking professional courses like dessert decoration and wedding cake decoration. She created a healthy and gluten free line to accommodate her clients’ needs. She has taken cake decoration courses at Wilton and a catering course at Penn Foster.
At Patty’s Bakery people can find not only a menu of sweets ranging from desserts to cakes for
all occasions with special decorations (birthdays, weddings, graduations, etc) but also dishes
with a colombian flavor like empanadas, arepas, patacones; and trays for events.
If you want to have the complete experience, we recommend you start with some empanadas,
followed by the best-selling main course and the one that Patty most identifies with; coconut
rice, patacones and bottom round steak. And of course a delicious dessert. A cupcake, tres
leches, flan or any cake made by the best hands and the best ingredient in Patty’s kitchen, love.
